The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the

room layout and cleanliness left something to be desired. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the noise from the hallway disrupted my rest. Overall, the location is convenient for travelers, but improvements are needed.

Awesome stay with excellent service!

My room was super spacious and comfy. The shower was a highlight. The bar area was chill for drinks and dessert. However, the breakfast at the restaurant was just okay, and the service was a bit off. Still, I'd recommend the place for its friendly staff!

A decent hotel with a lovely lake view and ample parking. While the room was clean, the dining options could use improvement as the restaurant was unexpectedly closed and choices were limited. Customer service was friendly but the noise from the lobby and outdated elevators were inconvenient.

I had a wonderful time exploring nearby parks and quaint local eateries, with the Monet Garden just a quick stroll away and fabulous restaurants around every corner, making my stay truly enjoyable. the staff were very attentive and made sure i felt welcome during my visit.

My stay at Delta in Muskegon was good! The centrally located hotel offered great access to local dining and attractions. Our clean, updated room provided a comfortable retreat. While the elevator situation needed attention, it didn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience with fantastic food at the hotel restaurant.
